Farmer is the documented pick for a fresh run because the opening is about staying alive while the base grows. That recommendation is a playstyle, not a published perk. A max-level Lumberjack is the only class with a reported bonus: 3 wood per chop instead of 2, and 25 percent faster chopping. Other class perks have not been shown.

Round builds are paid with wood and with a gold or coin balance. One new Farmer started with 100. Classes, achievement rewards, and the 700 shop boxes are described with the words amber and embers.
